The plan is to meet for drinks (coffee, tea, beer, wine, copas or whatever you fancy) but there will also be food on hand If you get the nibbles. There is also an option for dinner for those who stay to the end.

Gudonya’s April Drinks Heads-up
G’day!
We just want to let you know that we are busy working on the next Gudonya event for April.
We are still sorting all the details but we want to give you the heads-up on the date so you can put in your diary.
We are organising a get-together for 6pm on Saturday 7 April. The idea is to meet for a coffee, tea, beer, copa or your preferred beverage. We are working on a place that is central and will have some food on hand as well.

Today is the big day so come and join Gudonya at the 2018 Australia Day Party.
This year is going to be the biggest and best with three bands - Maxwell Smart, No Barking Dogs and The Kei - as well as guest musicians.
It all starts at 11pm tonight at Sound Stage on Avenida de Brasil 5, a stone’s throw from the Bernabéu.
As always entrance is free so there’s no excuse.
And if you can guess what Australian animal is on the poster you can buy us beer. Dinkum!

2018 Australia Day Party
A game of beach cricket is not really an option but this year is set to be Gudonya’s biggest and best Australia Day Party with no less than three bands - Maxwell Smart, No Barking Dogs and The Kei - as well as guest musicians.
And we will also celebrate Gudonya founder Jeff Callow’s birthday.

Carols by Candlelight
Long-time Gudonya member Mani Fernández has organised a Carols by Candlelight Under the Stars performance once again this year. The concert will be held outdoors at the Immanuel Baptist Church on Calle Hernández de Tejada 4, Madrid on Saturday 16 December at 6pm. See attached flyer below for more details. A definitely fine way to get into the Christmas spirit!

Aussie to raise money for AMD illness in Descenso Internacional del Sella kayak race
Gudonya friend Peter is taking part in the Descenso Internacional del Sella kayak race in northern Spain on Saturday 5 August to raise money for Age Related Macular Degeneration (AMD) after a family member was diagnosed with the illness.
