For the first time in over 20 years we haven’t celebrated an Australia Day party but we haven’t forgotten.
As soon as it is safe to venture outdoors and gather in groups, we’ll hold the mother of all parties.

Kangaroo Meet cancelled
Given the circumstances with the coronavirus pandemic, we have decided to cancel the Gudonya Kangaroo Meet scheduled for Saturday 14 March.
As soon as the situation improves we will find a new date for the get-together.

$AUD 1000 donation to Australian Red Cross
Gudonya is proud to announce a donation of $AUD 1000 to the Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund from money raised from the 2020 Australia Day Party. A champion effort!

Bundaberg Ginger Beer is not only sold at Sánchez Romero supermarkets in Madrid, it is currently on special.
I tried it in Australia over Christmas and it’s yummy.

2020 Australia Day Party
Australia Day is with us again and a big party is planned for this Saturday.
There will be live music, Aussie DJ Zapico and didgeridoo player Nicolas Millet to make it a special night.
WHERE: Tiffany’s, Avenida Doctor Arce 10, Madrid
WHEN: 25 January 10pm to 1am
Entry is 5 euros but all proceeds will be donated to the victims of the Australian bushfires.

It is only 5 days to go for this year's Australia Day Party!
It is looking to be one of the biggest yet as January 26 falls on a Saturday.
The party starts at 10pm. Don't be late or you may not get in because we tend to pack the place.

Interested in seeing the NRL Grand Final? Some rugby fans have organised a screening of the big game at the James Joyce Irish Pub on Calle Alcalá. Kick-off is Sunday at 11:20 am.

We are finalising the venue so full details will follow shortly. We just want to let you know so you can reserve the date.
The event will be family-friendly so kids are welcome. Entrance will be free and pay-as-you-go for what you consume.
