Socceroos World Cup Last 16

We are heading back to Dos Dingos Bar and Brewery to watch the Socceroos play Argentina in the World Cup Last 16 at Dos Dingos.

Dos Dingos' Mati and Nico did a great job for the group stage games and we can think of no better place to see the big clash.

Dos Dingos Cerveza Independiente, Calle de la Cañada 7, 28860 Paracuellos de Jarama (Madrid)

Paracuellos de Jarama is a bit of a hike, on the other side of Madrid Barajas Airport, but the effort is well worth it.

Dos Dingos have a special beer and burger pre-order with discount. Very tempting as both beers and burgers are excellent.

If anyone wants a lift or has space in their car, please let me know and we'll try to arrange pick-up or drop-off.

We hope to see ya there!

Socceroos at 2022 World Cup

Join Gudonya to watch the Soceroos play their group stage games in the World Cup at Dos Dingos, a new Australian style bar and brewery in Paracuellos.

Australia v France on Tuesday 22 November at 8pm

Australia v Tunisia on Saturday 26 November at 11am

Australia v Denmark Wednesday 30 November at 4pm

We all know that Paracuellos de Jarama is a bit of back of the black stump on the other side of Madrid Barajas Airport.

The guys at Dos Dingos, however, have kindly organised a shuttle bus which leaves Plaza Cibeles in the centre of Madrid.

For more details and to book a spot on the bus, a beer and burger click on the following link.

1st Barometer Business between Spain and Australia

If you are involved in business between Spain and Australia, we would like to ask you to answer a survey.

The anonymous 2-minute business barometer has been set up by Gudonya member Juan Millan from Gedeth Network on behalf on the Fundación Consejo España-Australia (Spanish Foreign Ministry).

It is both for Spanish companies working in Australia and Australian companies working in Spain. The links are below.

Spanish companies dealing in Australia: https://survey.zohopublic.eu/zs/rkBj6V?lang=en

Australian companies operating in Spain: https://survey.zohopublic.eu/zs/5LB8D0?lang=en

The information would help develop relations between the two countries.

And I think it is now time to organise our next Gudonya get-together. It's definitely been a while.

Happy Australia Day!

Happy Australia Day!

We hope you have made the most of the big day in the best way possible despite the pandemic.

Even our friends at Atlético de Madrid remembered

For the first time in over 20 years we haven’t celebrated an Australia Day party but we haven’t forgotten.

As soon as it is safe to venture outdoors and gather in groups, we’ll hold the mother of all parties.

Until then, take care and stay safe!

Kangaroo Meet cancelled

Given the circumstances with the coronavirus pandemic, we have decided to cancel the Gudonya Kangaroo Meet scheduled for Saturday 14 March.

As soon as the situation improves we will find a new date for the get-together.

Keep well!
